Restrict COD by Country

The Restrict COD by Country feature allows you to limit the availability of Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options to specific countries. This helps you enhance operational efficiency and reduce payment related tasks, ensuring smoother transactions in regions where COD is more viable.

How It Works​

When this feature is enabled, you can configure a list of countries where COD is available. For orders from excluded countries, COD will not be displayed as a payment option at checkout.

Example​

  • Example 1: A business restricts COD to only the United States, Canada, and Germany, excluding other regions due to logistical constraints.
  • Example 2: A seller enables COD for specific countries but redirects customers from excluded regions to online payment options with a custom message explaining the policy.
